Huntress: Huntress, a nine-year-old cybersecurity startup based in Columbia, MD, providing managed services for SMBs, raised $150 million in a Series D round co-led by Kleiner Perkins and Meritech, with additional participation from Sapphire Ventures.
Marea Therapeutics: Marea Therapeutics, a San Francisco-based startup focused on developing novel treatments for cardiometabolic diseases, raised a total of $190 million through a Series A led by Third Rock Ventures and a Series B co-led by Sofinnova Investments, Forbion, Perceptive Xontogeny Venture Fund, and venBio.
Talkiatry: Talkiatry, a five-year-old New York startup offering online psychiatric services, raised $130 million in a Series C round comprising equity and debt. The equity portion was led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Perceptive Advisors, bringing the company's total funding to $245 million.
Waabi: Waabi, a startup developing fully driverless trucks using generative AI, raised $200 million in a Series B round co-led by Uber and Khosla Ventures. The round saw participation from NVIDIA, Volvo Group Venture Capital, Porsche, Scania Invest, Ingka Investments, HarbourVest Partners, G2 Venture Partners, BDC Capital, Export Development Canada, Radical Ventures, and Incharge Capital.
Autify: Autify, an eight-year-old startup based in San Francisco and Tokyo that offers an AI-powered platform for automated software testing, raised $13 million in a Series B round co-led by Globis Capital Partners and LG Technology Ventures. Previous investors WiL, Salesforce Ventures, Archetype Ventures, and Uncorrelated Ventures also participated, bringing total funding to $30 million.
Bitsensing: Bitsensing, a six-year-old Seoul-based startup specializing in high-resolution radar technology for autonomous driving, raised $25 million in a Series B round. Investors included Korea Development Bank, HL Mando Corp., Industrial Bank of Korea, Aju Capital, Life Asset Management, and SCL Investment, bringing the total funding to $46 million.
CuspAI: CuspAI, a UK-based startup developing an AI-driven search engine for discovering new materials through advanced algorithms, raised $30 million in a seed round led by Hoxton Ventures, with Basis Set Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners also contributing.
Kilimo: Kilimo, a startup that helps farmers save water and earn incentives for water conservation, raised $7.5 million in a Series A round led by Emerald Technology Ventures, with participation from iThink VC, Kamay Ventures, Salkantay Ventures, and The Yield Lab Latam.

The round included participation from Adams Street, Icon Ventures, Polaris Partners, .406 Ventures, and RRE Ventures.
Nuffle Labs: Nuffle Labs, founded this year, developed a protocol for decentralized applications to enable secure and efficient data management and transactions on the blockchain. The startup raised $13 million in a round led by Electric Capital, with participation from Canonical Crypto, Fabric Ventures, Robot Ventures, Caladan, and Lyrik Ventures.
Princeton NuEnergy: Princeton NuEnergy, a five-year-old startup in Bordentown, NJ, focused on recycling and regenerating lithium-ion batteries, raised $30 million in a Series A round. Investors included Samsung, Helium-3 Ventures, Honda Motor, LKQ, SCG, Traxys, and Wistron, bringing total funding to over $55 million.
SewerAI: SewerAI, a five-year-old Walnut Creek, CA-based startup using AI to detect defects in sewer pipes, raised $15 million in a Series B round led by Innovius Capital, with additional funding from Emerald VC, Epic Ventures, Suffolk Ventures, Bentley Systems, and Burnt Island Ventures. The company has raised a total of $25 million.
SurrealDB: SurrealDB, a three-year-old London startup with a multi-model database platform for developers needing a versatile database system, raised $20 million in a round co-led by FirstMark and Georgian, with Crew Capital and Alumni Ventures also participating. The company has raised a total of $26 million.
This: This, a six-year-old London startup developing plant-based meats, raised $25.4 million in a Series C round led by Planet First Partners.
Auxilius: Auxilius, a four-year-old New York startup providing software for managing the financial aspects of clinical trials, raised $10 million in a Series A1 round led by SignalFire, with participation from XYZ, Renegade Partners, CP Overture, and previous investor Bain Capital Ventures.
Butterflies: Butterflies, a social network where humans and AIs interact through posts, comments, and DMs, launched publicly today. Founded by a former engineering manager at Snap, the startup also revealed closing a $4.8 million seed round last year led by Coatue, with SV Angel and strategic angels participating.
FalkorDB: FalkorDB, a one-year-old Israeli startup developing a graph database for large language models (LLMs), raised $3 million in a seed round led by Angular Ventures, with K5 Tokyo Black also investing.

Prosperr.io: Prosperr.io, a two-year-old Bangalore startup offering an AI-driven tax app for optimized tax planning and filing, raised $1.6 million in a pre-seed round led by Gokul Rajaram.
Scoop Analytics: Scoop Analytics, a two-year-old San Francisco startup using AI to provide insights into consumer behavior and market trends, raised $3.5 million in a seed round led by Ridge Ventures, with participation from Industry Ventures and previous investor Engineering Capital.
Stanly: Stanly, a one-year-old Los Angeles startup whose app facilitates fan-to-fan and artist-to-fan communication and commerce, raised $8 million in a round led by C Capital, with AppWorks, Goodwater, and Palm Drive Capital also participating.

The Engine Ventures, an eight-year-old venture capital firm founded by MIT, has raised $398 million for its third fund. This fund will focus on seed and Series A investments in sustainability, health, and infrastructure sectors.
