Our platform analyzes criminal, legal, financial, education, employment, and online social profiles across major platforms, offering detailed insights into personal and professional histories.
This report does not guarantee the accuracy or truthfulness of the information as to the subject of its investigation. Crixus Capital, LLC represents only that the information provided is accurately copied from public records. Information generated as a result of identity theft, including evidence of criminal activity, may be inaccurately associated with the consumer who is the subject of this report, and Crixus Capital, LLC accepts no liability for damages or adverse action, the latter as defined under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq., incurred as a result of the use of this information.
Our sources include commercial information resellers, county recorders, state and county clerk’s offices in your subject’s current and past counties/states of residence. You agree to use the information provided by TRACT for lawful purposes only. The information provided by our platform is not to be used for: (1) making decisions about or in connection with hiring, promoting, reassigning, or continuing to employ any person, including current or potential volunteers and household employees such as childcare workers, contractors, or home health aides; (2) making decisions about or in connection with renting or selling a house, apartment, or other residential property to any person; (3) making decisions about or in connection with lending money or extending credit to any person; (4) underwriting insurance; (5) any other purposes that would require FCRA compliance.
Crixus Capital, LLC shall not be liable for any damages or adverse actions resulting from the use of the information provided through our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, any inaccuracies resulting from identity theft or other errors in the data sources. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the TRACT platform. This includes adherence to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) when applicable.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the TRACT platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
