The Series B round was co-led by Highland Europe and AXA Venture Partners (AVP), valuing the company at just over £280 million ($356 million) post-money.
Oyo, a 12-year-old Indian company that offers an online platform for booking hotels, homes, and living spaces, is seeking to raise $100 million to $125 million at a valuation of $2.5 billion, a significant decrease from its 2019 valuation of $10 billion. The company’s investors include SoftBank, Peak XV Ventures, Lightspeed, Airbnb, and Microsoft. Oyo has raised over $3 billion to date.
Aidentified, a seven-year-old Boston startup that has developed a CRM platform for financial advisors, marketing teams, and sales professionals, has raised $12.5 million in a Series B round led by FactSet.
Aim Security, a two-year-old Tel Aviv startup focused on providing security guardrails for enterprise AI, has raised $18 million in a Series A round led by Canaan Partners, with additional support from previous investor YL Ventures.
Constructor, a nine-year-old San Francisco startup that leverages AI to enhance the product discovery process for companies, has raised $25 million in a Series B round at a $550 million valuation. The round was led by Sapphire Ventures, with participation from previous investor Silversmith Capital Partners. The company’s total funding now stands at $85 million.
Finaloop, a four-year-old New York and Tel Aviv startup offering real-time bookkeeping services for e-commerce businesses by integrating automated software with professional support, has raised $35 million in a Series A round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. Vesey Ventures, Commerce Ventures, and previous investors Accel and Aleph also participated, bringing the company's total funding to $55 million.
Omi, a four-year-old Paris startup utilizing generative AI to help companies and brands create 3D stills and videos, has raised $13.9 million in a Series A round led by Dawn Capital, with Founders Fund also contributing.
