Applied Intuition, a Mountain View, CA-based startup specializing in software tools for autonomous vehicles and driver-assistance systems, secured a $200 million secondary sale led by Fidelity, just four months after a $250 million Series E round.
Chainguard, a Kirkland, WA-based startup focused on securing the software supply chain for open-source software users, raised $140 million in a Series C round. Redpoint Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and IVP co-led, with Amplify, Mantis VC, Sequoia Capital, and Spark Capital also participating.
Kestra Medical Technologies, based in Kirkland, WA, which develops wearable defibrillators for patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest, raised $196 million. Andera Partners, Ally Bridge Group, Longitude Capital, and Omega Funds co-led, with T. Rowe Price, Eventide Asset Management, and Gilmartin Capital participating. Total funding now stands at $496 million.
Micropep, a French startup using tiny proteins for safer and more efficient pesticides, raised $429 million in a Series B round. Zebra Impact Ventures and BPI Green Tech Investment co-led, with Fall Line Capital, FMC Ventures, and Sofinnova Partners also involved.
Payt, a Dutch company offering accounts receivable management software, raised $59.7 million, led by Partech.
Addionics, a London-based startup enhancing battery performance and lifespan through internal structure improvements, raised $39 million in a Series B round co-led by GM Ventures and Deep Insight, with Scania also contributing.
Archera, a Seattle-based startup helping companies manage cloud costs and secure discounts without long-term commitments, raised $17 million in a Series B round led by HighSage Ventures, with Ridge Ventures, Amplify Partners, and PSL Ventures also participating. Total funding is $27.5 million.
Bunch, a Berlin-based startup that assists fund managers, investors, and founders in managing investment vehicles, raised $15.5 million in a Series A round led by FinTech Collective. Total funding is $22 million.
Deepc, a Munich-based startup enhancing radiology workflows with AI tools, raised $13 million in a Series A extension. Sofinnova Partners and Bertelsmann Investments co-led, with KHP Ventures, SwissHealth Ventures, and Winning Mindset Ventures participating.
Jarvis, a London-based startup offering tools for tracking contributions, managing investments, and ensuring pension compliance, raised $2.3 million in a seed round co-led by Ascension VC and Cornerstone VC, with Tokio Marine Future Fund also participating.
Powder, a Los Altos, CA-based wealth and investment management platform founded this year, raised $5 million in a seed round with Y Combinator, General Catalyst, Funder’s Club, Elefund, and Litquidity Ventures investing.

KKR will acquire edtech company Instructure for $4.8 billion, including debt.
Hedge fund Standard General will acquire casino and gaming company Bally's Corporation in a $4.6 billion deal, including debt.
Apollo will acquire UK parcel delivery company Evri from PE owner Advent International for approximately $3.5 billion.
Oilfield services firm Helmerich & Payne will acquire UK peer KCA Deutag International for $1.97 billion in cash.
Indian drugmaker Mankind Pharma will acquire Bharat Serums and Vaccines in a $1.6 billion deal, including debt.
Non-bank mortgage originator Mr. Cooper will acquire NYCB's residential mortgage servicing business for $1.4 billion.
